About Dr. Luke Afuwape, MD
Dr. Luke’s extensive training and diverse medical background set the foundation for the care we provide. He earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College, completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Ohio.
He’s board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM) and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and more. He’s also been a flight physician, a physician volunteer with the LifeCrown Foundation Medical Mission in Nigeria, and an active volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and youth mentoring programs.
