What Is Ear Irrigation?
Ear irrigation is a common procedure used to remove excess or impacted wax (cerumen) from the ear canal. Using a gentle stream of warm water or saline solution, the procedure softens and flushes out wax that may be causing discomfort or temporary hearing loss.
