- Clinical Evaluation by Medical Staff: Next, you’ll be brought to a private exam room where a medical provider, often Dr. Luke himself, will listen to your concerns, perform a physical exam, and discuss symptoms in detail. Our approach is patient-centered and unrushed, so we can focus on delivering the care you truly need. If your visit is for an urgent issue, we’ll assess and stabilize the condition quickly. If you’re here for preventive care, we’ll walk you through each part of the evaluation and answer any questions along the way.
- On-Site Testing and Imaging (If Needed): If your condition requires further insight, we offer many in-house diagnostic services.
- Clear Diagnosis & Personalized Treatment: Once we’ve evaluated your symptoms and reviewed any test results, we’ll explain your condition in plain language and you’ll receive a customized treatment plan, which may include.
- Discharge and Follow-Up Instructions: At checkout, we’ll go over any discharge instructions, answer remaining questions, and provide you with written documentation as needed (e.g., work notes, school clearance, prescriptions). If follow-up is required, we can schedule it on-site or refer you to a trusted specialist in the area.
